Apartment Rental Concierge is a business that offers high-end hotel services for apartment rentals. It’s aimed at people caught between wanting the comfort of home and the luxury of a hotel.
Project overview
The goal was to create an 8-page A5 brochure to be displayed in apartment hallways. It needed to include information about the company and all the services they offer. The logo and branding were already set, so our focus was on designing something that matched their existing visual language and concept.
solution
The key to this visual identity was to create full of details but visually balanced. There was a ton of information to put on the brochure, so we used a gold colour as a highlight to differentiate it from other information.
