Garry Wadhwa is a real estate agent based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He came to me needing a full branding package. Honestly, he was one of the best clients I’ve ever worked with!

The goal was to deliver a complete branding package for his new business, including branding, stationery, print media, and a website. He wanted a simple, modern, and intuitive design. Since he was in a bit of a rush to launch, the timeline was tight, about one month. I was the lead designer, handling all communication and updates based on his feedback.

Like with most clients, we kicked things off with a quick Zoom call to clarify his needs and share some reference designs. He immediately liked the idea of using just one colour, black so we jumped right into exploring logo shapes after that.
Most of the branding came together in the first draft. I created five different logo concepts with fonts and explanations for each. We also added photo overlays to show how the logos would look in different contexts. Since he wanted something simple but representative, we focused on letter-based logos. After two more rounds of revisions, we finalized the logo with a few layout variations. Once approved, I cleaned up the final logo and put together the brand guideline book.

After the branding was approved, we moved straight to stationery, business cards, calendars, folders, notepads, and Thank You cards. This part went smoothly; the client was happy with the first drafts, so most items were wrapped up quickly.

Even though the client was in a rush, he expected everything to be perfect. Our team worked hard to meet the tight deadline while triple-checking every detail. This was my first time handling such a fast-paced project, and it taught me a lot about working efficiently under pressure, managing files carefully to avoid mistakes, and maintaining clear communication. The client was thrilled with the final result and said he felt he made the right choice. Seeing his satisfaction made me proud to be part of this great team.
